“Overall, the (seminar) has been an incredible resource for professional support and a rare opportunity to learn and grow while preserving a good sense of honesty and vulnerability. Being part of this community has helped me identify the gaps I have found when working with communities in the corporate world. It has also led me to look with a different perspective at the challenges I have faced and find creative solutions that I can try and discuss live with fellow professionals.”

"If you are looking for a cohort of professionals who care about true community as you do, joining the Community Deans is a great choice. “I took this course as a goal for work, to take on something out of my comfort zone. This course gave me tools to use to open up a new path in life. I felt welcome during all the meetings, and appreciated the course had a cadence and gave us time to get to know each other better. The new skills I learned/awakened within myself will forever be ingrained in my mind. I am constantly looking for ways to create new and meaningful memories and connections. I am more open to reaching out to others and sharing the skills I learned. I do hope to work again with Charles, Gracie, and Julia in the future. Thank you all! I really enjoyed working with you and I will miss "seeing" you each week.”

  • Ezra Bookman

“Through the steady rhythm and depth of the [community gatherings Charles creates], I can confidently say that I now have a circle of '3am colleagues.' These are people who I can come to with total honesty and vulnerability, people who I can call for support and who I know will answer, and people who I know feel the same about me. Despite never having met in person, we've formed an interconnected web of mutual care for one another.”

  • Zvi Band

“Charles' work - notably The Art of Community, is single-handedly the best and most straightforward resource I've found distilling thousands upon thousands of years of wisdom around community-building into clear product principles. I have no doubt that the world will be a better place from his insights.”
