SHARED WISDOM:

WISDOM #1 The feeling of doubt means we have something to learn. When we do something and recognize the feeling that we may not succeed, the resilience to continue is where the growth comes from.

WISDOM #2 It was just scary and hard when I started doing a new job. I had success followed by a little bit more success. Reflecting back on times when I was scared, I see that the things that made me doubt myself were opportunities to learn skills that ultimately made a rewarding experience.

WISDOM #3 It's easy for managers to think that employees are externally motivated. They assume that employees want more compensation or status. While employees often do want these things, we know that even more, they want a feeling of belongingness and participation in a purpose or mission that contributes and matters.
