Charles Vogl welcomes Reagan Carey as she shares her journey from a young woman playing ice hockey among unwelcoming boys, losing an Olympic gold medal within minutes and then using the loss to build the strongest women’s ice hockey program in the world. This included winning an Olympic gold medal after years of breakthrough training methods. Reagan Carey was the Director and General Manager of the US Women’s Ice Hockey and supporting programs. She now consults and speaks for sport and corporate organizations on leadership, performance, and culture for elite performance.

Reagan Carey spent over twenty years working in sports within the NBA and NHL. She was the Director and General Manager of Women’s Ice Hockey where she oversaw the USA Hockey Women’s Olympic and National Team, and associated development programs. Her program produced a record number of World Championship victories for the women’s program. This Includes an Olympic Gold medal for Women’s Hockey in the 2018 Winter Olympics. She was also inducted into the Maine Sports Hall of Fame. She now consults and speaks in both for sport and corporate organization with a focus on leadership, performance, and culture for elite performance.
